Conditioned Arising [연기 緣起]

Letting Go [방하 放下]
"꽉 쥐고 있는 손을 놓을 때, 비로소 온 세상을 품을 수 있습니다. 내려놓음은 곧 자유입니다."
「ぎゅっと握りしめている手を放すとき、初めて全世界を抱くことができます。手放すことは、すなわち自由です。」
"When you release the hand you hold so tightly, you can finally embrace the whole world. Letting go is freedom."
Non-Self [무아 無我]
"변하지 않는 '나'는 없습니다. 강물처럼 흐르는 이 순간 속에 깨어있을 뿐입니다. 실체 없는 평화에 머무십시오."
「変わらない『私』はありません。川のように流れるこの瞬間の中に目覚めているだけです。実体のない平和に留まってください。」
"There is no unchanging 'self.' I am simply awake in this moment that flows like a river. Dwell in the peace that has no fixed entity."
Illusion [몽환 夢幻]
"지금의 괴로움은 잠시 스쳐가는 꿈과 같습니다. 깨어나면 본래 맑은 하늘만이 남습니다."
「今の苦しみは、しばし通り過ぎる夢のようなものです。目覚めれば、もともと澄み渡る空だけが残ります。」
